She's a former broadcaster, who in addition to her role as President and CEO of BAM, serves as State Area President of the Iowa-Nebraska NAACP Conference of Branches where she has strategically bolstered the mobilization of the civil rights organization in her jurisdiction which includes over 30 chapters (units).
